Position Summary :

We are seeking a Business Controller to join our Client's team in Springfield, OH. This role involves providing financial insights and support to business leaders, ensuring accurate management accounting and operational reporting, and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the country area management team to integrate finance into local decision-making.
• Act as a finance partner to business leaders by offering detailed analysis and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting.
• Prepare and analyze profitability reports for customers, projects, products, and agreements.
• Provide management with recommendations on financial transactions, operational costs, inventories, sales, taxes, depreciation, and asset values.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts, developing recommendations for financial plans, internal controls, policies, and objectives.
• Evaluate and implement programs aimed at cost reduction and improved controls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and their implications.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and IT policies across the company.
• Conduct local audits of service locations, reporting findings and recommendations to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or Controller roles, preferably in a service environment.
• Strong experience with SAP, Siebel, or other large ERP systems is preferred.
• Expected travel is 10-15%.

• Analyze profitability reports. - Provide financial insights for transactions and operational costs. - Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

Requirements
