Asthe person performing the daily documentation under the directionof the Technical Manager and Project Manager your role will be tooversee documentation and training processes that incorporate themethodology and training and reference documents for the basis2water billingsystem.

Youwill partner across project teams with other project team leads todevelop standardize and implement documentation and trainingmethodology and construction of a comprehensive set of systemdocumentation deliverables training andcommunications.

Additionallyyou may work independently or in a group creating documentation andtraining materials with raw materials provide byothers.

RequiredSkills

10 years experience in project / program management anddocumentation

5Background in preparing training materials from projectmaterials.

Produce detailed documentation using MS Officeproducts.

Excellent written and oral communications. Strong organizationaland analysisskills

Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams anddepartments.

Ability to produce documentation using MS Office (Word ExcelPowerPointVisio)

5 Previous technical writing experience on majorprojects

1 years Basis2 system and trainingexperience

1 years Water billing processexperience

84 months experience programming server-side Javaweb applications in a multi-tier environment using JDK 1.5 orhigher. 60 months experience writing queries, stored procedures,functions, packages, and triggers in Oracle 10g or higher.

48months development experience in database design and objectcreation / modification of databases consisting of 20 or more tablesin Oracle 10g or higher.

48 months programming experience with JavaServer Faces. 36 months programming experience with JavaPersistence API. 36 months experience with JavaScript / JQuery.
