The responsibilities
of this role may include :

- Provides appropriate equipment and racking to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials
- Researches and procures warehouse equipment to ensure the highest level of effectiveness in terms of performance, safety, reliability and cost
- Monitors the unloading of all materials into the Warehouse
- Ensures materials are counted and inspected timely and accurately
- Ensures receiving reports accurately report material received
- Monitors the flow of documentation from receiving material to inventory control for timely data entry
- Oversees the movement of material in the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner
- Oversees the opening and repackaging of shipments for assembly, testing and delivery
- Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
- Oversees the inventory management of the warehouse and participates in audits when necessary
- Utilizes Deltek CostPoint as logistics technology for effective and efficient support of products, equipment, system manufacturing, or services
- Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness
- Carries out warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures
- Operates a forklift, hand truck, box truck, and other vehicles to perform duties
- Builds shipping crates when needed
- Makes material deliveries to customers when required
- Manages the performance and expectations of subordinates
- Assesses performance both formally and informally
- Provides mentoring, coaching and discipline when necessary
- Makes recommendations for hires, promotions, terminations, and demotions
- Provides input regarding compensation
- Approves time off requests and time keeping record
- Performs all other duties as assigned
To qualify
for this position, you must possess a HS diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range
n $90,000 - $100,000 a year.
The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, AV3, Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
