Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled VDI / AVD / Azure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and managing virtual desktop and remote app (RDS) hosting and management solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level support for VDI issues, including Citrix, Horizon, and Native Azure environments.
- Collaborate with system administrators to optimize desktop performance and ensure platform interoperability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of VDI technologies and best practices.
- Provide endpoint support and troubleshoot issues related to virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Work across complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct trade studies and recommend solutions based on technical expertise.
- Leverage experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage, and Virtual Desktops.
- Possess strong knowledge of VMWare Horizon, Windows Servers, Azure AD, Intune, FSLogix, VDI profile management, Azure Remote Apps, endpoint protection, and policy management.
- Integrate AVD with Office 365 services and manage desktop software provisioning.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in VDI / AVD / Azure engineering and management.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage, and Virtual Desktops.
- In-depth knowledge of VMWare Horizon, Windows Servers, Azure AD, Intune, FSLogix, VDI profile management, Azure Remote Apps, endpoint protection, and policy management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
