Responsibilities
o Assessing and diagnosing cardiac conditions in patients
o Performing cardiac testing and interpreting results in collaboration with Cardiologists at HRH
o Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
o Assisting with inpatient consults, prescribing medication, and administering treatment in collaboration with Cardiologists at HRH
o Counseling and educating patients on cardiac conditions and prevention.
o Maintaining accurate medical records
o Collaborating with HRH Cardiologists to provide comprehensive cardiac care.
Requirements
o Master’s degree in nursing with a focus on Cardiology
o Current NJ state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
o Certification as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
o 2-3 years’ Experience in cardiac care preferred.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work independently and as a team member.
o Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and medical technologies.
