Salary : $13 - $16 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide In-home care services as needed
- Provides direction to Caregivers.
- Conducts in-person training for Caregivers.
- Conducts Client Supervisory Visits
- Conducts Client & Caregiver Check ins.
- Accurately maintains and completes filling in client / employee records as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patients, employees and other company related information.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
- Attends appropriate staff meetings.
- Participates in Client-Caregiver introductions.
- Perform the duties of a caregiver in a stand-in capacity.
- Participates engagement events / activities.
- Report any changes to client’s health, needs or living conditions.
- Communicate with client & client families in a respectful manner.
- Treat client and client’s property with respect
- Chart in SmartCare
- Complete Trainings and Orientations
Qualifications
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- 30 WPM and knowledge of Microsoft office
- Pleasant and customer-friendly, self-starter, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently on your own
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Available to work different shifts, including nights and / or weekends
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 6 months)
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
Supportive and compassionate
High School Diploma / Equivalent or Experience as a Caregiver
Take pride in providing high-quality care
Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
