Job Description
Provide general maintenance of our properties including light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing (license not required), patching, painting, minor appliance repair, grounds work, snow removal, unit inspections, construction monitoring, room setups for events, and sheetrock repair.
Routinely run preventive maintenance diagnostic tests to ensure equipment functions comply with OSHA and HUD mandates, environmental laws, and 2Life Communities standards.
This position will spend approximately 60% of the time on maintenance mechanical work and 40% on custodial work.

With another 210 apartments under construction and more in planning, we expect to add another 600-700 units within the next several years as we complete projects in active planning and construction phases.
