Position Overview :
As a Direct Support Specialist- you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of the individuals we serve.
You'll collaborate with our dedicated team to provide personalized care, administer medication, and offer compassionate support to our clients in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional medical support in accordance with individual care plans
- Administer medication and assist with medical procedures as required
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Document and maintain accurate records of medical interventions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility in adapting to various client needs
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care
Qualifications :
- Experience or certification in healthcare, nursing, or a related field (YEARS??)
- Certifications?
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
High School Diploma or GED required
