Position Overview : The Exterior Sales Coordinator is responsible for building strong client relationships, conducting on-site inspections to assess damages, and guiding clients through the insurance claims process.
This role involves working closely with insurance adjusters, managing leads, and converting potential clients into signed contracts, ensuring a smooth project experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and providing updates.
- Perform house visits to assess and identify damages, including climbing roofs and inspecting tight spaces, even in challenging weather conditions.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Work with insurance adjusters for claim approvals and ensure project scope aligns with coverage.
- Review and supplement insurance estimates as needed to secure proper coverage.
- Manage leads, schedule appointments, and prepare estimates for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into signed contracts, meeting client needs effectively.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience in exterior construction or restoration work
- Strong knowledge of the insurance claims process
- Sales experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software tools
- Possess a Valid driver's license
- In-depth knowledge of industry products and materials
- Familiarity with Xactimate is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work on some weekends
Benefits and Compensation :
- $50,000 - 60,000 plus bonuses, potentially up to $100k per year
- Competitive commission plan :
- 3% of total mitigation and content sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
- 1% of total reconstruction / repair sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.

- 401K, company match up to 6%
- Paid Time Off Eligible after 90 days.
- 5 days vacation and 3 sick days in the first 2 years.
- After 2 years, increase to 10 vacation days.
