What You’ll Do
- Sales and marketing.
- Brand Ambassador including resident programming and events.
- Manage and oversee team of 6.
- Responsible for community outreach and collaboration.
- Concierge and Customer service.
- Property Financial Performance.
- Monitor and review monthly operating results for both the property management and building services operations.
- Attend management meetings as requested by upper management.
- Report on department updates at staff meetings.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of property management is preferred (internships included).
- High-end property experience required.
- High Energy.
- Attention to detail.
