In this role, you will lead a talented billing team, leveraging your expertise in orthopaedics, podiatry, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) to drive results.
You’ll assess and adjust current processes to ensure we consistently meet our monthly goals, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Your experience in personnel management, combined with a keen understanding of KPIs, will be crucial in guiding your team to excellence.
You’ll provide training and mentorship, ensuring each member is equipped to meet the high standards of our practice and surgery center.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the billing team to optimize performance and enhance revenue cycle management.
- Analyze current billing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Implement effective KPIs and conduct regular reviews to ensure team success and individual growth.
