Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, addressing both basic and technical inquiries about solar systemsTroubleshoot solar systems remotely and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issuesEngage in process improvement initiatives and ongoing training to enhance knowledge and customer supportRequired QualificationsAssociate : 6+ months of solar experience or 2+ years of IT / Technical Troubleshooting or 5+ years of customer support experienceSpecialist : 2+ years of solar experience in a technical support or field service roleAbility to communicate with customers in Spanish via phone and emailExperience with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plusExtensive knowledge of Solar Storage Systems is a plus
