Key ResponsibilitiesManage staff in the Site Services department, ensuring effective site activation and managementDrive execution of Site Services activities and identify areas for process improvementParticipate in Sponsor meetings and address trial quality issues in collaboration with Quality AssuranceRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in life sciences or a health-related field;
advanced degree preferredAt least 2 years of indirect experience in leading and managing teamsA minimum of 3 years of experience at a CRO, particularly in clinical trial start-up and / or site managementClinical research site experience is preferredExperience in oncology is preferred
