Award winning Marketing Agency currently seeking a Marketing and Biz Dev Manager to support all Agency Marketing initiatives.
This role is specifically designed to market the Agency to prospective clients.
The Marketing and Biz Dev Manager will push forward programs for Agency Content, Demand-Gen Digital Marketing, Agency Public Relations, Award Submissions, List Building, Prospect Identification, and Outreach Organization.
Key Areas of Focus :
- Business Development : You will be working closely with Business Development to build out prospect lists, database management, researching the brands, and compiling dossiers, scheduling a calendar of prospect outreach touch points, and organizing outreach around trade shows.
- Agency Content Development : You’re a Digital Marketing Pro who understands the Content Marketing landscape and how it can effectively result in lead generation and enhance SEO.
- Paid Media Strategy : Building out and managing the editorial calendar is critical, your goal will be to ensure our prospect lists are highly organized and segmented, allowing advertising campaigns to drive lead generation across social platforms.
- Agency PR and Awards : You will drive awareness for the Agency in select PR / Marketing trade publications. This will include pitching stories on new client wins, hires, successful case studies, contributed content, Q+A interviews, etc.
You will also develop a calendar of award submissions for successful case studies, and agency differentiators.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of relevant Marketing and Business Development experience
Extensive Content Marketing Skills
Understanding of Social / Digital Paid Strategies
Mastery of Best Practices for Sales and Business Development
Expert in persuasive writing and verbal communication
