Our agent mentoring system provides a roadmap for you to experience success quickly and you will become well-versed in presenting an excellent portfolio of life and health products from over 30 A rated insurance carriers.

If you have yet to obtain your life and health license we will quickly guide you through the process. Contracting as a licensed Independent Life & Health Agent, you will primarily be serving prospective clients each week with their mortgage protection, life, accidental, critical illness, and retirement supplemental needs.

You may also choose the option to build a self-sustaining agency by growing your team and mentoring new agents.

HOW IT WORKS :

Each week you will work from your own home office or any location of your choice as long as you have good internet and cell phone connectivity.

You will have the freedom to choose to serve your clients virtually, in the home, or a hybrid of both. You will educate, advise, and help prospective clients apply for and purchase life and health products.

If you wish to grow your business quickly, you will have access to discounted warm leads that you can choose to invest in to ensure you have clients to meet with each week.

It is not cold calling, instead, you are contacting people who requested more information. This proven system has revolutionized the insurance industry and allows our full-time successful agents to generate income quickly when they dedicate themselves to the right level of activity, resources, and self-development.

This position has no cap on income, you can grow your business as quickly as you choose, and is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a contracted Independent Life & Health Agent, you will have the freedom to run your own business and manage your own schedule.

You will need to have or obtain your life and health producer license in your residential state - we offer guidance and a discount for an online licensing study course.

To successfully operate your own home business, you will need to have or immediately obtain a laptop, printer, smartphone, and high-speed internet.

Our most successful full-time agents schedule 15-20 appointments per week. Successful part-time agents (25-30 hours per week) aim to schedule an average of 10 appts each week.
