SRS Distribution, Inc is hiring an Accounts Payable Lead , we grow steadily, and each new branch brings more invoices and volume our way.

Objectives of this Role
- Effective AP inbox management
- Provide support to the team and Supervisor
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments of all invoices
- Support payment reconciliations and review
- Provide transactional reviews and guidance to the Accounts Payable team
- Provide daily stats to the Supervisor for oversight of SLA requirements
- Assist / address with questions internally and externally
- Communicate with vendors as needed to resolve any issues that arise
- Oversight of vendor statement reconciliations
- Support Company- wide process changes as needed
- Suggest best practices to the team, internal and external customers
- Provide backup for all aspects of Accounts Payable positions when needed
- Work with the outsourced Accounts Payable team, to assist and resolve any issues
- Training of all new and existing employees on all processes performed by department
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payables or similar function
- Associate's / Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Demonstrate ability to identify process improvements
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong work ethic be professional and reliable
- High attention-to-detail is a must
- Highly accountable
- Ability to work effectively with other teams and all levels of the organization
