Structure Resources is seeking a Electrical General Superintendent to join our client's local team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an innovative electrical contractor that has a strong team environment and ample room for upward mobility.
They are looking for a General Superintendent who has experience managing large teams in multiple commercial projects and some Data Center or Mission Critical (preferred) experience in their background.
This includes : accountable for the management of assigned projects including the installation, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction of projects.
The ideal candidate will also have experience performing all work within an established time frame and ensuring that work is done in conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, within established company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
Also schedules, participates in and / or conducts project meetings.
Compensation :
- $120k - $150k, plus bonus
- Vehicle allowance / gas card
- Per diem if not local
- Company phone / tablet
