Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily investment operations, including trade settlements and reconciliation processesPerform regular reconciliation of investment accounts and prepare accurate portfolio reportsSupervise and mentor a team of operations staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)5-7 years of experience in investment operations or fund administration, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of financial products, including equities, fixed income, and derivativesExperience with portfolio management systems and trade execution platforms
