Job Description
Our client, a leader in the life sciences and diagnostics industry, is looking for a Contract Data Analyst - Product Performance based in Indianapolis, IN.
The ideal candidate will join the Diabetes Care Manufacturing Product Performance team as a Manufacturing Systems Analyst .
In this role, they will manage essential manufacturing software, analyze data for process improvements, and work collaboratively to enhance system performance within a Life Sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Management : Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing software (COTS) applications.
- Data Analysis : Develop reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve processes.
- Technical Collaboration : Work with IT teams on systems such as Active Directory, SQL, Oracle, VMware, Cisco; manage ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
- Support : Aid teams in managing complex system structures and interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s in Math, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Experience : 2+ years in manufacturing systems support, ideally in Life Sciences.
- Skills : Proficiency in SAS or data analysis tools, strong troubleshooting, and effective communication.
- Preferred : Experience with ServiceNow, networking fundamentals, and lab data systems.
