Job Responsibilities : Build client relationships through various marketing channels and outreach methods Perform comprehensive client needs assessments to identify coverage gaps Market and sell Commercial Line insurance products Address client inquiries on policy options, eligibility, and coverage details Gain proficiency in our product offerings, services, and internal systems Achieve monthly sales targets by adhering to established goals Support agency growth by promoting new business, cross-selling, and embracing new initiatives Qualifications : 3+ years in B2B sales.
2+ years in insurance sales. 2-20 Florida P&C License Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Capacity to work independently and take initiative Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and properly using technology systems.
Ability to pass a background check Occasional travel required; must maintain a valid motor vehicle license and insurance coverage.
