Clinical Educator RN ED, Emergency Department

While reporting to the Director of Professional Development, the Clinical Educator will be responsible for staff education and development of both experienced and new-to-practice RNs and clinicians within the Emergency department.
The Clinical Educator will focus on innovative and evidence-based practices that support clinical team members' transition to practice.
as well as ongoing professional development in their individualized units or specialty.
Schedule : Full-time, Evenings / Nights
- 5) 8 hour days / wk OR (4) 10 hour days / wk
- Flexible scheduling, start / end times
Compensation : $105,000 - $150,000 / yr
Compensation is dependent upon years of RN experience and Educator experience, Certifications & Education

Qualifications :
- NJ Registered Nurse License
- MSN Nursing Education, or in the process of obtaining MSN
- At least 4-5 years of clinical RN experience working within the Emergency Department, preferably within a level I trauma center
- A least 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Education, Staff / Professional Development, Nursing Leadership, etc.
