This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn more about vehicle maintenance, fleet management, and support our skilled mechanic and Fleet Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Maintain our mobile grooming vans in top condition to ensure smooth, reliable service to our clients.
- Prepare spare vans so they’re always ready for the road, minimizing downtime for our grooming team.
- Clean and wash vans to maintain a professional appearance.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections to help identify issues early and keep our fleet running smoothly.
- Clean and organize the shop area, including sweeping, taking out trash, and putting away tools.
- Assist the Fleet Coordinator and On-Site Mechanic as needed.
- Keep detailed notes of problems / issues observed while working on vans and report them to the Fleet Coordinator.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a positive attitude while doing what it takes to get the job done.
Required Skills and Competencies
- A great attitude is a MUST we value team players who are ready to contribute and grow.
- Dependable and flexible, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to weight lbs, with consistent physical activity required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills preferred but not required.
