Responsibilities :
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide pricing quotations.
- Manage 60-80 calls per day, providing prompt and professional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on customer inquiries as needed.
- Accurately maintain customer records, updating information as necessary.
- Use Amazon workspace for data entry and other tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and record-keeping.
- Handle email correspondence professionally, responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
- Conduct order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting
- Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience or familiarity with order entry systems
- Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple schedules
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required.
