A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative (Remote).Key Responsibilities : Execute insured's service requests accurately and timely, anticipate sales opportunities, and counsel policyholders on coverage optionsReview and update policies to enhance retention, respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and serve as a liaison between customers and sales agentsCounsel customers on membership benefits in correlation with insurance productsRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of customer service and / or sales experience in an insurance environmentActive Property and Casualty licenseMembership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employmentSchedule flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 10 a.
