Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tool requirements
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain and repair CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate or degree in CNC machining or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and maintaining CNC machines
- Proficient in the use of CNC machines, mills, and lathes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
