CNC Machinist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tool requirements
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Maintain and repair CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or degree in CNC machining or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and maintaining CNC machines
• Proficient in the use of CNC machines, mills, and lathes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
