Job Description : Your Piece of the Puzzle

Do you enjoy maintaining building equipment to keep the business operating efficiently? NFM’s Building Engineer is the position for you.

Job Duties : A Day in the Life

• Analyze Maintain daily pressure, temperature, and electrical demand logs along with water treatment daily logs
• Propose Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Develop Maintain knowledge of all systems that are operated
• Provide Required routine maintenance, service and repairs as needed, seasonal startup and shutdown, water treatment program
• Collaborate Perform safety checks and participate in inspections

Qualifications : Can You Check These Boxes?

• High School Diploma or ,
• Technical or trade school preferred
• 3 years experience in commercial HVAC and building automation systems
• Stationary boiler license or first grade engineer license required in Omaha
• Stationary boiler license or first grade engineer license preferred in Kansas City
• Refrigerant certification required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work night, weekend and / or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
