- Performs a variety of clerical tasks in a professional and service-oriented manner under supervision. Such as copying, filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Knowledge of clerical and general office procedures and practices; knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and software.
- Skilled in the operation of a personal computer, as appropriate to the assignment; skilled in oral and written communication;
skilled in interpersonal relations.
Ability to organize and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner; ability to perform work requiring accuracy and attention to detail;
ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
- Picks up and distributes mail to appropriate personnel.
- Serves as secondary contact person for callers and visitors to the Administrative Office / Department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
