Technical Project Liaison - Hybrid

Description : *The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing technology and development projects from initiation to closure.

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects with the IT and development team, ensuring they meet objectives and align with the organization's strategic goals.

The IT and Development Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project success.

Develop a detailed project plan tailored to technology and development projects, including timelines, tasks, and resource requirements.

Create and maintain project documentation specific to the tech and development field.IT and Development Team Leadership Assemble project teams consisting of developers, engineers, and technical experts.

Assign tasks and responsibilities within the tech and development context. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to tech and development team members.

Foster a collaborative and innovative tech environment.Communication Maintain clear and open communication with tech and development team members.

Ensure alignment with technology standards and best practices. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making.Stakeholder Communication Communicate tech and development project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, clients, and non-technical team members.

Translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.Project Execution Monitor project progress and performance.

Take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.Closure and Evaluation Complete all project deliverables and obtain client and stakeholder acceptance.

Conduct a post-project evaluation to assess lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. Close out the project and ensure all documentation is in order.
