Profile Summary :
Looking for an individual that has experience working in broker dealer vendor management. This team member will have strong experience working with vendors, assessing technology, and ensuring vendor is meeting expectations of Voya.
The purpose of this role will be to seek feedback from advisors / end user on technology solutions and then work with new or existing vendors to offer a full suite of solutions.
This includes executing planning, requirements, UAT and implementation of technology solutions.
Profile Description :
Work with stakeholders (advisors / end users) to determine technology gaps and implement solutions required for the Broker Dealer to be successful.
Work collaboratively with leadership and other departments to deliver new product opportunities timely and efficiently.
- Cross-functional retrospective meetings aimed at improving our collective playbooks, processes and outcomes.
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with current and potential vendors.
- Establish standards, continually monitor service quality metrics, and assess industry and digital trends to seize upon new innovative solutions that help differentiate Voya Financial Advisors’s value.
- Evaluate current vendor management programs and identify ways to improve them.
- Resolve any disruptions in vendor services that may occur and ensure we have solid contingency plans in place.
- Acts as an escalation point to and for the technology solutions provider, on all activities related to the team’s day to day operations.
- Write requirements, work with IT to implement code and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Helps to perform and streamline onboarding / offboarding processes and access requests of technology solutions provider personnel to allow necessary access to perform their duties.

Knowledge and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 1-5 years Process Management and improvement skills
- 1-5 years business acumen with Broker Dealer vendor management

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.
e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$60,450 - $75,560 USD
