Machinery Operator.
Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp., a leading company in the Industrial and Automotive industry, is seeking a dependable and skilled Machinery Operator to assist in the production process.
The successful candidate will be working with cutting-edge technology, to ensure the efficient production of Goodyear Power Transmission Belts, while maintaining a high level of quality control.
As part of a motivated and dynamic team, you will be an integral part of contributing to the success of an internationally recognized brand.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment in production area.
- Operate a forklift to move materials, supplies, and finished products within the warehouse
- Monitor the production equipment for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Conducting regular routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper product output.
- Maintain a steady flow of production throughout the day to meet deadlines.
- Meet production targets through attention to detail and effective teamwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Attentive and able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial production settings is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting and maintenance tracking.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment that requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
