Overview :
We’re on the lookout for a savvy Commercial Loan Assistant to join our awesome team. You’ll play a crucial role supporting our commercial lending officers, ensuring smooth sailing for loan processing, documentation, and closures.
Responsibilities :
- Dive into preparing loan packages and documentation for our commercial rock stars.
- Channel your inner detective to review loan documents for accuracy and compliance (cue the magnifying glass!).
- Be the superhero coordinator for loan closings, keeping borrowers and all involved parties in sync.
- Keep our loan files in tip-top shape, following all the rules and making sure everything’s shipshape.
- Deliver next-level customer service, helping our clients and team with a smile (or emoji, if that’s your thing!).
- Keep the paperwork party going with data entry, scanning, and filing (bonus points for organizational wizardry!).
Requirements :
- You’ve got at least 2 years of experience rocking it as a Commercial Loan Assistant or in a similar financial role.
- Your tech skills are on point, especially with loan processing software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You know your way around commercial lending practices and have a knack for navigating loan documentation like a pro.
- Detail-oriented? You bet! Accuracy and organization are your middle names.
- Your communication skills are top-notch you’re a master at chatting with clients and colleagues alike.
- Time management? You’ve got it down to an art form, even in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field? Even better!
- Experience with commercial real estate loans or Small Business Administration (SBA) loans? High-five!
- You’ve brushed up on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines? Impressive!
