We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Lead to join our team. You will own the test automation process and oversee the manual QA process, collaborating with the product team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, quality assurance, and have a keen eye for detail to drive our QA efforts to the next level.

This is a remote position, but candidate must be based in Americas timezone.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation :
- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Identify and prioritize areas for automation to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Continuously enhance the automation process, integrating new tools and techniques as necessary.
Manual QA Oversight :
- Lead and manage the manual QA process, ensuring thorough testing of all features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to define and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Conduct regular reviews of test cases to ensure coverage, relevance, and accuracy.
Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective testing of new features and releases.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on QA best practices and automation tools.
- Act as a liaison between QA, development, and product teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing requirements.
Bug Tracking and Reporting :
- Review bugs submitted via our public bug board and prioritize bugs based on severity and impact.
- Collaborate with developers to highlight any critical issues and assist in bug resolution.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Testing Engineer, or QA, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of test automation processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of experience with Flutter
- 1+ years of experience building applications with FlutterFlow
