Sr. Client Service Specialist

Overview :

Prime Capital Financial is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional service and personalized support to clients in the Encino, CA market.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, delivering superior service, and supporting our team of advisors.

This position requires a deep understanding of wealth management products, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

• Build and maintain strong relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on account activities.
• Assist in client onboarding and account setup processes.

Administrative Support :

• Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for Financial Advisors.
• Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms, transfer requests, and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in the firm's CRM system.
• Prepare reports and materials for client meetings.

Operational Efficiency :

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes and timely client service.
• Coordinate with custodians, third-party teams, and the operations team to facilitate transactions.
• Monitor and follow up on pending client requests.

Compliance and Regulation :

• Adhere to all FINRA and company policies and regulations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure data privacy.

Continuous Improvement :

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technology.
• Participate in relevant training sessions.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Service Specialist.
• Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain within 18 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM, Salesforce, and Adobe.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
