Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator :
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.
Your responsibilities will include :
Credit Cards and ACH : Manage, monitor, and reconcile credit cards and ACH transactions, fostering financial transparency and accuracy.
Vendor Payments and Expense Reports : Handle vendor payments and expense reports, contributing to accurate financial management.
Vendor Communication : Communicate with vendors, facilitate conversions, and manage payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Internal Communication : Collaborate internally within the department and the treasury team, ensuring adequate financial coordination.
Month-End Close : Process month-end close activities, including handling utility accruals and bill payments and contributing to accurate financial reporting.
Experience Preferred for Accounting Coordinator :
To excel in this role as an Accounting Coordinator, you should possess the following qualifications :
Experience : At least 3+ years of experience as an accounting coordinator and reconciliation, showcasing your expertise in financial transactions and management.
Full Cycle Accounting : Knowledge of full-cycle accounting is a significant advantage, reflecting your comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
Education : A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is a MUST, reflecting your academic foundation in financial management.
Excel Skills : Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
Fast-Paced Environment : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, showcasing your adaptability and efficiency.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective internal and external communication.
