Shift : 7am to 3 : 30pm Monday Friday
Pay : $25 / hr. + Depending on Experience
Summary :
Develops, oversees and improves processes for plant maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs and pest control for buildings and property.
Keeps property clean and in orderly condition.
Inspects and evaluates repairs to property or equipment to determine the type of work required.
Identifies and communicates with management or consultants the need for repairs.
Requisitions supplies and equipment for repairs, replacement, cleaning and maintenance duties.
Understands waste and water disposal procedures. Follows safety principles for use of chemical cleaners, tools and power equipment in order to prevent damage.
Requirements, Knowledge and Abilities :
Seeking a candidate with experience in manufacturing engineering, with CAD CAM development, CNC Programming, and training experience
interprets instructions both written and oral. Works in a team with co-workers to resolve work issues. Knowledge of basic shop math.
Forklift certification preferred but not required. Able to communicate effectively in English.
Education and Experience, Bachelor s degree required. Previous work experience in manufacturing or facilities setting preferred.
