Your Role
Join our team at Encore as a Carpenter II and contribute to the craftsmanship that defines our exceptional touring coaches.
As a key player in our production process, you will help shape the interior of each coach, ensuring that we continue to set the standard in the luxury entertainment tour sector.
With your hands-on experience in woodworking, you will be pivotal in helping us meet our production goals as we grow and expand into new facilities.

Responsibilities
- Work with management to meet coach conversion goals for interior installation.
- Installing cabinet and paneling along with some interior fabrication.
- Installation of wallpaper and / or various wall treatments, such as insulation.
- Collaborate with interior and electrical technicians during installation.
- Adapt to complete other duties as needed, including participating in training sessions and development workshops.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of recent experience in woodworking, with a focus on high-quality, custom projects
- Proven expertise in crafting high-end products, especially cabinetry
- Skilled in precise measuring, cutting, sanding, staining, and finishing
- Experience in constructing and installing custom pieces from scratch, with an eye for detail
- Strong understanding of tools and techniques for building premium-grade woodwork
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Smartsheets would be a plus.
- Experienced with high-quality cabinet construction.
- Experienced with building and installing interior cabinetry.
- Experience with tiling & wallpaper would be a plus.
- Work overtime and flexible hours as needed to departmental needs.
