Salary : $47,840 - $54,080

Shift : Monday to Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Provide daily leadership and management that reflects the company's core values.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and packaging line operators.
• Ensure daily production targets are met and report any delays or issues.
• Monitor production processes for quality and safety compliance.
• Train and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management on production schedules and workflows.
• Operate production lines and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production logs.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in production / manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, including machine maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
