Salary : $47,840 - $54,080
Shift : Monday to Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Responsibilities :
- Provide daily leadership and management that reflects the company's core values.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and packaging line operators.
- Ensure daily production targets are met and report any delays or issues.
- Monitor production processes for quality and safety compliance.
- Train and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management on production schedules and workflows.
- Operate production lines and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate production logs.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years in production / manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, including machine maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
