Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Align marketing initiatives with the company's overall business objectives and vision.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Provide guidance on best practices, industry trends, and professional development.
- Campaign Development : Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, and traditional media.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms. Strengthen brand identity and loyalty through innovative storytelling and creative execution.
- Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve financial objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Customer Support, to align marketing efforts with product launches, updates, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Skills / Abilities :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) is highly desired but not required.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of the gaming market, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
