About This Internship
The Arch Agents of Transformation program is a paid 10-week internship designed to introduce rising sophomores and juniors to Arch and the insurance industry through an intensive program featuring training, classroom education, mentorship, networking, real-world work experience and a capstone project.
About This Role
In the Agents of Transformation program, interns rotate through critical business functions in order to fully experience the transformational abilities of a large, global (re)insurer.
Through this experience, interns discover how their interests and skillsets translate into various career paths available at Arch.
Additionally, students offer much-needed novel and fresh perspectives that directly impact Arch and the insurance industry as a whole.
Selected students will be exposed to a variety of career paths, learning from seasoned leaders in the Insurance, Information Technology, Strategic Analytics, Efficiency and Transformation, Branding & Communications, Human Resources, Legal and Real Estate functions.
They will gain a greater understanding of how these operations provide the critical business support needed to drive efficiency, enable innovation and promote change at a S&P 500 company.
We’re seeking students from a variety of educational areas of focus to introduce them to the vast career opportunities available within the specialty insurance industry.
Interested students must possess an excellent academic record and demonstrate a passion for learning, creativity and collaboration.
We want individuals who are interested in exploring the world of global insurance and understand the value of teamwork and supporting one another.
Applicants will participate in virtual interviews to be considered for internships and employment opportunities. Those selected will be competitively compensated.
Qualifications
Rising sophomore or junior undergraduate status, with an expected graduation date of May 2027 - December 2028.
3.0 minimum GPA.
Any major may apply.
Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
Location & Work Arrangement
The program dates are May 27 - August 1, 2025.
This position is classified as an onsite position. This role requires 100% in-person participation on-site at our Greensboro, NC location.
Lodging stipends and arrival / departure travel cost coverage will be provided by Arch.

For individuals assigned to or hired to work in Greensboro, NC,the hourly rate is $22.00 as of the time of posting. Any actual rate offered will take into accounta number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, along with the education & qualifications of the candidate.
The above range may be modified in the future. Position is not incentive or benefits eligible.
