What Your Days Will be Like :

As the Sr. Product Manager for our Bookings team, you will be at the forefront of evolving how families find care for all that they love.

You'll help our members find and book quality caregivers quickly and easily directly on our platform, and lead the experience end-to-end.

From evolving our bookings experience for a date night babysitter to growing the service to other key markets and verticals, you'll drive a crucial part of Care's business and product forward.

You'll lead a dedicated team of hardworking engineers and other cross-functional partners to expand this important product line and give users a stellar user experience along the way.

Working Location / Work Environment : This is a Hybrid Role. We are in the office Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. With office Locations in Austin Texas, Dallas Texas, and Salt Lake City Utah.

What You'll Be Working On :

  • Own the Seeker experience for our Booking and Messaging flows.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for how to evolve the experience and be the leader with vision on where and how to expand the service vertically
  • Own entire agile project lifecycle while indirectly managing 1-2 cross-functional development teams and setting / meeting aggressive squad goals
  • Lead diverse internal and external partners to ensure successful product launches

What You'll Need to Succeed :

  • 6+ years of work experience with at least 4 years in a product management role
  • Experience working on consumer-oriented products, with a preference for marketplace experience
  • Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and produce high-quality results
  • A data-driven, customer-first approach to all decision making
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering
  • Ability to lead expectations for multiple internal partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent user interaction and design sensibility

Salary Range : $144,000 - $170,000. The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.

Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.

The range listed is just one component of IAC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
