Alex and Ani is seeking a Sales Operation Manager to join our Retail Partnerships team . In this role, the candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of projects and processes to meet and exceed customer's needs and grow Alex and Ani’s Wholesale business.
The position will report directly to the Director of Retail Partnerships and will be an integral part of building efficient and innovative strategies for growth.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, and business operations 3+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint 2+ years of experience with purchase order management Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments, external providers and remote teams Strong analytical, problem solving, logical thinking, and intuitive skills Focus on accuracy, organization and attention to detail Promotes and maintains positive internal and external customer relations Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make useful recommendations for business decisions Job Responsibilities : Create product line sheets and presentations for current and potential wholesale clients Create and maintain assortment on marketplace platforms;
adding new items , images, pricing to current and new assortment Develop processes and documentation to streamline monthly reporting and analytical needs Reach out to potential new wholesale clients through email, phone, in person visits, and other methods Respond appropriately to all inbound calls (emails), meeting customer (stakeholder) needs for quick and accurate response Works cross functionally on department initiatives to improve the customer experience Works with leadership to ensure analytics are completed timely and accurately Performs other duties as assigned Powered by JazzHR
