Analyst, Fund Shareholder Services

What You'll Do

We're looking for an Analyst to join our Collective Investment Trust (CIT) team within PFD Shareholder Services. In this role, you'll provide routine and non-standard / complex CIT transaction processing and maintenance services to CIT shareholder accounts.

Here are some additional details regarding responsibilities :

• Respond to CIT shareholder and sales force requests through various means including written correspondence, email, phone, internet, and fax.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through completing shareholder transactions and providing high quality problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in the set-up of new shareholder accounts ensuring proper documentation and authorization is received, reviewed and handled appropriately following completion of transaction.
• Contact shareholder and / or sales force to obtain necessary information if insufficient material has been received to process transaction (e.

g. incomplete items / data, discrepancies, etc.).

Maintain number and quality of transactions processed according to established guidelines; take ownership of work through processing and quality control of price dependent and non-price dependent tasks.

Who You Are

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organization, planning, problem solving, prioritization, multi-tasking, mathematical, and time management skills.
• Requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Requires basic computer skills and the ability to obtain knowledge of business unit software.
• Must have basic 10-key calculator skills.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Prefer 3+ years of prior related work experience, preferably in a financial services industry.
• Knowledge of the organization's products and services (specifically CIT's) is a preferred.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$20.84 - $27.40 / hour

Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.

Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location

While we're open to all locations within the United States, we're currently focusing our hiring efforts in the Des Moines, IA area.

Work Environment

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).

You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
