• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Location : SC Johnson - 3901 Highway 31, Racine, WI 53405 Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous cooking and soup experience is required.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range : $18.00 per hour to $20.00

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
