- The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists provide diversified support for multiple recruiters in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
- Our Operations Specialists possess strong communication skills and act as liaisons between candidates, Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and other Internal Business Partners.
They must also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- They are resourceful and confident in problem-solving.
- They must be able to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Major Areas of Responsibility :
- Delivers excellent employment brand experience to all candidates.
- Provides diversified support for multiple recruiters across business functions in a dynamic fast-paced work environment
- Acts as business partner and liaison to candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Proactively communicates with candidates and internal / external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text)
- Schedules onsite, virtual and phone interviews, at all Corporate Office, Stores, and Distribution Center locations globally
- Coordinates candidate travel arrangements, processes reimbursements and initiates relocation benefits where applicable
- Drafts and send offer letters to candidates while ensuring accurate compensation and language details.
- Initiates and monitors progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.
- Launches onboarding and tracks completion of new hire paperwork in preparation for Orientation and Day .
- Executes and facilitates US New Hire Orientation for Home Office associates weekly and I- verification inspections.
- Partners with internal contacts (HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation.
- Documents and maintains accurate status report of all current candidates in the hiring process and informs recruiters.
- Adheres to the execution of Service Level Agreements within the operational processes and activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with the flexibility to assess and tailor communication style to others
- Strong problem-solving, effective prioritization and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Self-directed individual who can work independently, as well as collaborate as needed with peers or across functionally.
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to pivot to business needs.
- Ability to build trustworthy, credible relationships and maintain a growth mindset
- Reliable Internet / Wi-Fi connection required
- Hybrid work model - standard days a month in office (Framingham, MA) plus additional days predetermined by Manager or direct Supervisor.
