As a Crew Member you’ll prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous Food, maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and partner with managers to meet daily goals.

Your duties as a crew member include :
- Coming in ready with a smile to great all customers
- Making sure the store looks nice and clean at all times
- Providing ALL your customers with positive experiences
- Working consistently with your managers to meet daily target goals
- Taking orders and preparing food accurately
- Making sure you can actively give and receive feedback
