ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee performance review process for all employees
- Work hand-in-hand with General Manager to deliver disciplinary write-ups and terminations
- Ensure all new hires are thoroughly trained on the expectations of service standards
- Implement operating standards for the service team
- Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- 3+ years of restaurant / hospitality experience
- Must-Have Beverage Knowledge and Experience
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
