Job Description

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Multitouch Attribution Engineer.

Position type : Contract

Duration : 3 Months with Extension

Location : Miami Florida

As a Multitouch Attribution Engineer, you will :

MTA Engineers will focus on developing and managing systems that track and analyze the entire customer journey across various touchpoints (online ads, email, social media, etc.

to determine which interactions contribute most to conversions. The engineer’s primary role is to create algorithms and models that help companies attribute sales and conversions to the correct marketing activities, leading to more accurate ROI measurements.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement multitouch attribution (MTA) models to assess the contribution of different marketing interactions.
• Use machine learning and statistical techniques to build models that capture complex customer journeys.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data science teams to integrate MTA models into existing data systems.
• Ensure the accuracy of tracking systems across different marketing channels, such as web, mobile, and offline.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and channel performance.
• Continuously refine attribution models based on new data, market shifts, and evolving customer behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and customer analytics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, customer journey mapping, and ad-tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range and Benefits :

Pay Range* : 125,000 - 147,000 $ Per Year

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
