Admissions Representative

As an Admissions Representative, you'll play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards their goals by connecting them with the right online college programs.
In this inside sales role, you will work with a leading online technology service company that partners with colleges and universities to provide enrollment marketing, application management, and retention services, primarily for adult learners.
Your mission will be to understand the needs and concerns of prospective students, match them with suitable programs, and support them throughout the admissions process.
HOURS :
Monday-Friday : 8am-5pm Central
Will be required to work 1 late shift per week, 11am-8pm Central
What We’re Looking For :
- MUST LIVE in Central time zone
- Experience in online college admissions.
- Success in consultative sales with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Outbound calling sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales performance metrics.
- A friendly, high-energy, and approachable personality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct a high volume of outbound communication with prospective students.
- Build and maintain relationships with new leads.
- Match individuals with the best educational programs based on their unique needs.
- Guide students through the entire enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and goals.
