Seattle Maintenance Services - Immediate Hiring for Part-Time Night Janitor

Seattle Maintenance Services is seeking a Part-Time Night Janitor to join our team. This position is perfect for someone interested in working weekends and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

This is a four-hour shift, Sunday -Thursday.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and restock supplies.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications :

Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of tasks.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
