Implementing systems, check sheets, food orders, inventory, and other ways of accountability are exciting to you. You see these systems as providing structure rather than hindering productivity.
Ensuring your team understands why they are doing something is imperative to the way you lead others and communicate with those on your team.

Qualifications :
- Have a teamwork mindset
- Leadership experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Manager Food Safety Certification is required
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
